There was a Forum about Clarification I saw yesterday and it was replied with correct explanation here - Thread 'Clarification | Pablo Schmidt'
I have seen this in EN 2 Complaint Against Administrator that Chief and Deputy Chief admins are just rejecting forums for incorrect Format I get that it may have been incorrect Format but they should atleast tell us what we need to Fix in our Format. And also I need an explanation that if I can even be Leader/admin
