i got GR 6.15 coz of this POV but i give him demand i told him ( if you give me fine i will kill you)
i didnt kill for no reason there is RP sitution he will give me fine and i give him demand for this when he try to teasing me i killed him
also yeah i did MG i know that me and my friend
also MR Kayess didnt give him punishment for PG
he open information my car without command this PG

You cannot just try to create an RP Reason for every shooting in the city by just saying "i will kill you".
Killing someone because he gives you a small parking related fine is fully unrealistic.
