if you see the video you can see the id 312193 doing reckless driving hitting into the car with max speed and he jumped from car after that i see and i wanna to arrest him but he do fear rp called the friends i give demands at 423722 and 562181 but they didnt do this they staying just at car
for id 312193 i tease him 3,4 times beacuse he runing i cant handcuffs him beacuse when i try to handcuffs to him the player 423722 will hit me with car you will see in pov
