Life Story:
Traavis Cartel grew up in a tough neighborhood with his father where corruption were part of life, Although he had a ick for the LSPD cause he used to see his father really busy as a high-ranking Officer . He always dreamed of becoming a great Officer like his dad , traavis was against Corruption at First but when he noticed that the people who had the power weren’t always the ones breaking the law they were the ones Controlling Others he started to question his ideas, he observed closely, and learned how things Works. From a young age, Traavis Trained his mind to be sharp. He was able to easily read people and knew how to handle situation. While others went with the path of crime, Traavis chose a smarter Route.
Career Story:
As Traavis wanted to be like his dad he joined the LSPD in a training regiment, training day and night to get stronger and stronger; he was known for his discipline, obedience and ability to stay calm in situations. But at a certain point, he understood that corruption was there at every stage of the organization but he tried to deny it. But after a incident which led to his suspension he accepted that corruption was the only way to gain power and authority, after this traavis was unstoppable he climbed ranks through corruption and became role model for the corrupted ideas he ones hated.
Outcomes:
1.Traavis can take bribes up to $100,000 (guns ,ammo ,illegal stuff) and rob (pickpocket)
2.Traavis can break IC law, including COP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, and Procedure for Detention. (Keep in mind the OOC rule)
3.Traavis can lie to show his ID to anyone to keep his identity hidden and can lie about calling a lawyer
4.Traavis can try to search for the bodycams of people and break them. (/try can only be used 2 times per situation)
5.Traavis can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no Organization weapons included).
6.Traavis can be biased for his friends and family members (No Favors; only for money)
7.Traavis can kill/torture/arrest anyone who makes trouble with him and give the person fake charges ( with correct RP ).
8.Traavis is allowed to use illegal weapons and drugs on duty and off duty, and is allowed to take weapons off the floor).
9.Traavis can put/remove wanted Stars or can help prisoners to escape through pen drive or darknet for money ( 100k only )
10.Traavis during a kidnapping or robbery, he can boldly communicate with criminals and show aggression. ( No fear RP )
