Hello, I would like to request a review of my ban. My account/IP was banned for the reason "Cheats", but I have never used any cheats, hacks, scripts, or any unauthorized software while playing Grand RP. I was away from the game for around 8 months. Today I logged into Grand RP after a long time, and I was surprised to see that my account/IP had already been banned for cheats. I honestly do not know why this ban was issued. If there has been a mistake, a false positive, or my account/IP was flagged incorrectly, I kindly ask you to review the logs and evidence related to my account. I respectfully request that you explain the reason for this ban. If no cheating activity is found, please remove the ban and restore my access to the server.
