These two players looked familiar to me, so I asked them to show me their passports. One of them got out of the vehicle and showed it, but the other refused and ran me over with the car. After that, he tried to give me a leave command. I equipped my weapon, but I was killed. After I died, they insulted me, played extremely loud sounds to disrupt the RP (ear rape), mocked me, then got back into their vehicle and drove away.

I would like to request that this case be reviewed by a Turkish administrator so the situation can be evaluated fairly and accurately.

VALID DEMANDS ISSUED:
This situation took place around our family house territory. Valid IC demands (countdown) were clearly given to the player to leave the area. Since valid demands were issued prior to any shooting, this incident is NOT RDM.

FAILURE TO VALUE LIFE (FEAR RP):
After demands were given near our family home, instead of fearing for his life and leaving the territory, the player pulled out a weapon and initiated gunfire against us. The complainant actively escalated the RP scenario by ignoring valid demands and engaging in combat.

Since valid IC demands were given and an active RP scenario was present, I respectfully request this complaint to be REJECTED.

I would like to fully clarify the complainant's claims regarding "insults":

As seen in the video, the comments were heard NOT directed at the deceased player. I was addressing my friend who was coming out of the garage towards the car, and those comments were spoken by ME directly to MY FRIEND as part of our normal IC banter. The friend coming out of the garage did NOT swear or insult anyone. No OOC or IC insults were ever aimed at the player on the ground.

The claims of "Insults" and "Ear Rape" are based on a complete misunderstanding and are entirely unfounded.

Everything this player has stated does not reflect the truth. If you pay close attention, you can clearly see in the video that while giving me a leave warning, he counts only to 3 instead of 5. Furthermore, from his own responses, it is clear that he does not know the rule which allows a player to open fire under certain conditions after giving a leave warning. Therefore, his claim that I performed invalid RP and his defense that he did not commit RDM are not true.


I did not report this case as RDM in the forum title. As can be clearly seen in the video, while I was dead, he insulted me, mocked me, and continued shouting in a way that was disturbing.


For this reason, I respectfully request that this case be reviewed by a Turkish administrator. In my opinion, this player is trying to mislead the administrators with his statements. However, every claim I have made is supported by the evidence in my video. His own responses also clearly show that he does not fully understand the rules and that he engaged in mocking and insulting behavior.


I respectfully request that the necessary action be taken against this player.

My friend says he is coming from the garage to the car. Before his friend arrives, he is already making loud noises, mocking, and insulting. When his friend arrives, his friend says, “Has this guy got some guts?” Why would he insult and mock his friend for no reason? Everything he did to me is present in the evidence I submitted. They are also violating another rule. While I was speaking English, they were speaking Turkish. If everyone in an environment speaks the same language, it is not FailRP. However, I spoke English without breaking RP, and they continued speaking Turkish.
