This definitely violates Rule 4.1. As the player (ID 237665) against whom the report was filed, I would point out that you can see in the video that the other player (ID 227914) was previously using an illegal Redux mod specifically, the buildings are moving. Furthermore, regarding the perspective shown in the report filed against me: although it was 11 P, the lighting looks as if the sun is just rising if you watch the incident from my perspective you will see the significant difference in the lighting conditions. After reviewing the video and the situation, there is no clear evidence that the player is using any illegal Redux. When we refer to illegal Redux, we mean obvious unfair advantages such as removing bushes, making walls or objects transparent, or modifying files in a way that makes players easier to see.


In the footage provided, no such advantage is clearly visible. Different visual settings or lighting alone do not prove the use of an illegal Redux. Graphic settings, filters, or other visual modes can also create similar appearances.


For this reason, I do not believe the current evidence definitively proves a GR 4.1 violation. I kindly ask for the matter to be reviewed again.
