2.1 New Ideas
I want to help Marabunta become more active and well organized. I have many ideas to improve the gang and make sure members always have something to do. My goal is to help the organization grow increase activity and make Marabunta strongest gangs in the city.
2.2: Single person cannot run the Gang.
I will add a strong High Command people. I believe a leader cannot do everything alone so I will choose active and trusted people who can help manage the gang. Together, we will make it Best and they will get bonus in return of Activity
2.3 Past Experience:
I was a Deputy Leader in Marabunta a long time ago and that experience taught me how the organization. I learned how to manage members. I want to use that experience to lead Marabunta again with good planning strong teamwork and fair leadership.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
I will focus on making Marabunta a Terrorist Organization by doing Max Hostages Sit + HW Rob and Stores, I will let FIB take evidence against us and Raid so we can also Dominate in Gang Raids. I will make sure members are ready to work together during important situations.
I will focus on choosing a Good Turf team so we can get Max Profit on Territories too.
I will give Max Bonus for Situations which will encourage people to do more and More Activity. Also I will tell my members to do max Ghetto clapping so they don't get Bored.
