First of all hello everyone I hope you are all doing well Yesterday I experienced an unfortunate situation and that is why I am here I would like to appeal my ban First of all I am an LSPD officer Yesterday I arrested a suspect and then I used the highway to return to the city At that time members of an unofficial family told me to pull over because they wanted to rob me When they told me to pull over there was only one vehicle with three people near me This is a violation of UB Demand and GR 6.16 Because in order to rob me there had to be at least two vehicles and four people near me I continued driving
After that another vehicle with two people arrived Again there was only one vehicle with two people near me and they told me to pull over once again The vehicle with three people was far behind me and was not close to me This is also a violation of UB Demand and GR 6.16 I recorded everything because I believed they had broken the rules and I created a complaint so they could receive the appropriate punishment The complaint was reviewed by Administrator SLE AZY He found me guilty as well He found me guilty as well He punished me twice for Fear RP He also punished the other players for GR 616 UB Driving and Car Ramming
My appeal is very simple I opened that complaint because I truly believed I was right and I did not think I had done anything wrong If I had known that I had broken any rule I would never have opened that complaint because I would have known that I would also receive a punishment I have always played on this server while trying to follow the rules and I still do I accept the UB Driving punishment because my vehicle accidentally hit the rocks and became airborne I fully accept that mistake
However Administrator SLE AZY also acknowledged that the other players broke the rules and punished them but at the same time I was punished as well I do not believe I committed any violation in this situation The other players were the ones breaking the rules and their only intention was to play while ignoring the server rules
I kindly ask for your help Even though I am still relatively new to Grand RP I truly enjoy playing on this server That is why I serve in a state organization and I also manage my own family named DESPACITO I sincerely ask you to review my complaint once again in detail because the other players violations were confirmed yet I also received an additional punishment I do not understand why I was punished if their rule violations were already confirmed
What I am asking for here is this sure they told me to pull over at first which is an offense but since they approached me the second time I would like one of my warnings to be removed
