Dear Admin,
I had the main accounts of the player with ID 211104 banned for IRL trading. They has since purchased a different account and rejoined the game. We believe this is the same person.
I will provide their previous ID, voice recordings from their old account, and voice recordings from their current account. Even if it is not the same person, if you watch the videos I have attached below, it appears that this account was purchased.
As can be seen in the old report videos, the previous owner of this account was an English-speaking person. However, in the current recordings, the player is speaking Turkish, and the voice does not match the previous owner's voice.
All of the evidence is provided below.

At 0:11 in the video, the player says, "Wait a second." At 0:19, the player says, "Bro, wait a second." Their voice can be clearly heard in both instances.

Lastly, the evidence that this account was purchased is clear. In the older video, the account is being used by someone with an English accent. In the current recordings provided above, the account is being used by someone speaking Turkish with a completely different voice. This clearly indicates that the account has been purchased.
I kindly ask you to review all of the evidence carefully.
At 2:44 in the video, the player's voice can be heard clearly and distinctly.
