2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I want to be leader of Ballas because I think I have got enough experience to lead a gang. As my experience as deputy In gang will help me as I know gang side deeply.
2. I have seen the terror of Ballas in past but now a days I do not see any fear or terror of Ballas gang. I want to become leader because I want to bring that terror, fear of the Ballas in the city back under my leadership.
3. My goal is for Ballas to be remembered at the end of the term for its activity, event performance, turf success, and strong leadership rather than as an inconsistent organization.
3. Your Suggestions for Improving the Roleplay Level in the Organization
1. If I get a chance to become leader the first thing I will solve as gang leader is when I was newly joined to gang I couldn't do anything if you don't have good shooting skills except attending. I was not allowed to rob people neither do negotiation in any hostage situation or robbery just be with HC and follow instructions. I will change that system in my leadership will help new people who joined the gang to do rob, negotiation and other interaction under my guidence.
2. My goal will be not just completing the task but to show max activity with max number in all the scripted as well as unscripted events.
3. Will keep 1 deputy for handling turfs and goal there will be to do 100% turf.
