A person was carrying a Sword in his back, I detained him with false charges saying that it is illegal, Since I have outcome

I said the sword is illegal and I detained him, which is a false charge and I am a bad cop, but Admin has Punished me for Fail Rp and (Improper False Charges which is not possible in any way)
but it is possible ! i will carry a sword in public and local police will detain me, the knife is real or fake thats secondary thing main thing is it is a Sword !! than how come it is not possible in any way ??

Please look into it
