Hello Higher Administration,
I am honestly very disappointed and saddened by how this situation was handled.
I was responding to a hacker attack as a National Guard member. While attempting to land the helicopter, it crashed. I did not perform any UB Fly or unrealistic flying. As shown in my bodycam, it was simply an unfortunate accident.
After the crash, Francy Tzariar jailed me. I believed I had done nothing wrong, so I asked why I was being punished. I admit that I let my frustration take over and used inappropriate words such as "wtf" and "are you blind." I sincerely apologize for those words. My intention was never to insult or disrespect the administration. I was simply upset because I believed I had been punished unfairly.
Around 3–5 minutes later, I received a 7-day ban from @Darke Pluxury for violating Rule 5.3. I understand why my words could be seen as disrespectful, and I take full responsibility for them. However, I kindly ask you to also consider the situation that led to my reaction.
I respectfully request that you review my bodycam, as I genuinely believe the helicopter crash was an accident and not UB Fly. If I made a mistake in my behavior, I sincerely apologize and ask for one more chance. I have learned from this situation and will make sure it never happens again.
I hope you will consider reducing or removing my ban.
