Rejected unban request

Hello,
I was permanently banned (Blacklisted) three or four years ago because of something that happened on the forum at the time, I have writed something against this project.
It was quite a long time ago, so I can not longer remember the exact details…
I would like to ask wheter an unban could be considered after three, four years
