I am writing to appeal a punishment for MetaGaming (MG) issued by Levi Akashi in the forum thread linked above. I believe this decision was a mistake, as there is absolutely no evidence of me committing MG in the provided POV.

Here is the context of the situation:

1. My family and I were doing the MPM event, and a rival family arrived to contest it.
2. During the crossfire, I lost consciousness.
3. While I was unconscious, player 80737 and his friend arrived to collect a debt.
4. Someone attempted to help me up, but a member of the rival family committed Mercy Killing (MK) before I could be revived.
5. Player 80737 posted a forum complaint reporting the MK rule break.

However, when reviewing the thread Levi Akashi decided to issue a punishment to me for MetaGaming.

I was completely unconscious during this interaction. I do not know the person who was trying to help me, nor did I use any third-party communication or out-of-character information to call them there. Most importantly, the POV provided by 80737 shows zero evidence of me engaging in any form of MetaGaming.

I respectfully request that a senior admin review the POV again. You will see that I am simply lying unconscious on the ground. I would appreciate it if this unjustified punishment could be removed from my record.

  I was working as a "Debt Collector" with a friend. We had gone to collect a debt. The man had lost consciousness; just as we were lifting him off the ground, another player arrived, killed him, and sent him to the hospital. Afterward, he and his friend killed both me and my friend.
