As I do every day, I entered Bizwar, and the Bizwar area I entered was a place I had played in before. I was punished because I had previously played from the place where the opposing family was playing. Apparently, this is considered illegal roof, but I did not know that. Now I enter from a different area, but I see that another family is there, and I think they are breaking the rules. I do not look at them because I wait for the admin to punish them, but even though I write to the respected admin, the respected admin does not reply to me, and I die. Since my English is not good, I write with the words I know: "admin sleeping illegal roof help me." By this I mean I am trying to say, "Admin, are you AFK? There is illegal roof, please come and help." The respected admin gives me a GR 5.3 punishment for this. Dear senior admins, I take refuge in your rules and your mercy. Please, I want justice. I did not do anything that deserved a punishment. Respect and love to the entire staff team.

As you can see in the recordings, the admin did not reply to the message I wrote during Bizwar. Only after I died and wrote one more message did the respected admin reply, explaining that the place was not illegal. I was punished because of the message I wrote. I did not disrespect anyone, and I do not want to disrespect anyone. If the admin misunderstood me, I apologize to the entire admin team. However, I did not insult anyone or say anything offensive. Please investigate the incident.
I respectfully request that my punishment be removed.
