Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because i really enjoy helping people especially new players that are still learning Grand RP. I know how confusing it can be when you first join, so i want to help them understand the rules and answer their questons.
another reason is that i dont like people cheat or break the rules and ruin the fun and role play of others I want everyone to have a fair chance to enjoy roleplay without dealing with toxic players or cheaters. I know being an admin is a big responsibility but i ready to learn and do my best for thiis server.
What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
I havent been a leader or high Command yet but i have played on both the State and Crime side. I worked in LifeInvader SAHP and EMS so i understand how state organizations work. I also joined a gang which helped me to learn the ghetto rules and crime side of the server.
even though my level is only 17 i have experience from playing on different Grand RP EN servers. I know the major server rules and im always willing to learn more if i get the chance to join the admin team.
What are your strengths?
I stay calm under pressure Im active on the server i can communicate well with players and i always try to be fair. I also learn things quickly so if there is something new i need to know, i will make sure i cwill understand it.
What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes i overthink because i want to make the right decision. i also find it hard to say no when someone really needs help.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can bring good activity good rule knowledge and a positive attitude. I enjoy helping new players and i can handle reports while listening to both sides before making a decision. I also work well with others and if someone is breaking the rules i will deal with the situation fairly according to the server rules.
