Hello dear Admin Team,
Yesterday, at 13:48 UK time, I received a POV request on Informal. Unfortunately, I wasn't at home at the time, so I was only able to send my POV after I arrived home, at 00:18. I understand that this was later than expected, and I sincerely apologize for the delay.
Today, at 17:15, Administrator Maria Pluxury banned me with the reason "Under Investigation." I honestly don't know what this means or what exactly I am being investigated for, so I would really appreciate it if someone could explain the reason.
I truly enjoy playing on this server, and it would mean a lot to me to have the opportunity to resolve this situation. If necessary, I am more than willing to complete a full PC check or cooperate with the staff in any way required to prove that I have done nothing wrong.
I genuinely regret that my delayed POV submission may have caused concern, and I hope you can understand my situation. I respectfully ask you to give me a chance to clear everything up and, if possible, consider removing my ban.
