Life Story:
Sayko was born into poor family. His father died when he was very young and after that his mother raised him alone in SS. Few years later his mother died because of heart failure leaving Sayko completely alone. Before she passed away she told him to stay strong never show weakness and always fight for better life. After her death Sayko was sent to an orphanage but he never felt like he belonged there. He often got into trouble broke rules fought with other children and showed little respect for staff. Because of his behavior orphanage decided to send him to psychiatric hospital. Sayko did not want to stay there so he escaped after short time and started living on streets. During that time he met man named Tugra who became closest person in his life. Tugra was high ranking member of vagos and after getting to know Sayko better he invited him to join gang. Sayko accepted without thinking twice. From that moment his life changed completely. He took part in robberies sold illegal weapons and drugs and became involved in many criminal activities. Money and respect he received on the streets made him believe that this was the only life he was meant to live.

When Sayko moved to city he started working but the money was never enough. After some time he met members of vagos and they offered him quick money and protection. He slowly became part of gang learned how to use weapone and gained experience in street fights. As time passed he earned trust of the gang and became well known on streets. One day Sayko was arrested by NG officers during an operation and spent several months in prison. While he was in jail he realized he wanted different future. After his release he stayed hidden for while and prepared fake documents to start new life. Few months later he joined National Guard because he wanted to make his mother proud and live honestly. However his salary was not enough and he struggled to leave his old life behind. His former friends from vagos contacted him again and convinced him to work with them in secret. Sayko agreed and started helping gang while he was off duty selling weapons and drugs to earn more money. Now he lives two different lives. During the day he serves as an NG soldier but when he is off duty he secretly works with vagos knowing that one mistake could cost him everything.
Outcomes:
1- Sayko can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and lie about his name/refuse to provide any type of identification.
2- Sayko can break IC law, including COP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, and Procedure for Detention and able to use his position in NG. (Keep in mind the OOC rule)
3- Sayko can act like a criminal. For example, go to all family events like caravan, go for the ghetto clap, buy/sell guns from the black market, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
4- Sayko can take bribes from Citizens, Gang and Leos (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
5- Sayko has the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
6- Sayko can make a deal with the gangsters, can leak information, and unlock the NG truck in exchange for money, and also do jailbreak once per day through dark net or usb. (No metagaming)
7- Sayko can cuff people/leos to break their bodycams ( /try and /do commands twice per situation) and/or kill them if his identification is at risk. (Valid Reason) (no targeting, no PG)
8- Sayko is allowed to use illegal weapons and drugs/cocaine on duty and off duty, and is allowed to take weapons off the floor.
