The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: A Truck filled with shipment is heading from NG base to LSPD HQ via DOC Highway, Gangs Have grouped together to Hijack the Truck and take them to Bloods HQ, Leos and Gangs will have to Fight to Win also Truck needs to be delivered to the location
Why this event: This increases the Coordination between State and Crime
