After I killed the first player, the second player who arrived later called out to his friend on Discord asking, "How did you die?". This is clearly visible in both of their POVs. Additionally, in my POV, the player's driving behavior is also clearly visible as evidence.
Despite these clear indications, neither of these violations was punished. I kindly request that this report be reviewed again.
