Rejected UB Flying and VDM + Mercy killing | 247396

Yesterday we were doing a data breach then 247396 arrived in a helicopter and killed me from it you can see who is my killer and time on my screen 247396 were flying at a very low altitude which falls under 'UB flying' + he did mercy kill and again this player's 247396 killed me out of the circle event + mercy kill.
