Hello. Once again, I was banned unfairly.
I explained to the administrator that I was sent to jail because a girl reported me on the forum, claiming that I killed her for no reason. As far as I know, there is no rule that says you cannot kill another player. In addition, she tried to crash our car but ended up crashing into a wall herself. After that, I got out of my vehicle and killed her. There was a reason for my actions.
Even so, she managed to get an administrator to send me to jail for 180 minutes. While I was in jail, I spoke with an administrator and told him that the staff should do a better job because there are many people who complain on the forum about everything. I also said that this is GTA, not a game for children. I made those comments because I was frustrated after being sent to jail for 180 minutes over what I believe was an incorrect decision, even though I followed the rules and do not believe I did anything wrong.
I also mentioned that there were many people from India and Pakistan playing on the North American servers, and I said that, as far as I know, GTA V is restricted or banned in some parts of those countries, so I assumed that some players might be using a VPN. I did not make that comment to insult, discriminate against, or disrespect anyone. In my opinion, that comment does not justify a 60-day ban.
On top of that, while all of this was happening, I was sent to jail again because of another incorrect decision made by a moderator. Today, another administrator reviewed my case and removed a previous 7-day ban that I had received, telling me that the ban had been issued by mistake.
I would also like to report the player who caused me to be banned. Below, I am providing the YouTube video she uploaded as evidence for her forum report against me, as well as the link to the forum report she submitted against me.
