Rejected Ban for GR 3.1, GR 3.2 & GR 3.3 | Arrpa Tzariar

So as you can see in the forum, I got punished for Gr 3.1+3.2+3.3, but if you see the POV, it says that this guy provoked me first, then another said a slang term in a foreign language, "Maderchod." So why didn't he get punished?

For this negligence, I want my removal of my ban, and I want compensation too, as they wasted my time.
