Dear Admin,

I hope you are doing well.

I was simply playing the game at the Mega Mall when I was unexpectedly banned for allegedly using cheats. I want to state that I have never used any type of cheats, hacks, or third-party software while playing.

If you review my account history, you will see that I have never violated any rules or received any punishment related to cheating. I have always tried to play fairly and follow the server rules.

I have attached my POV recording as evidence for your review. I am also fully willing to cooperate with any further investigation. If required, I am ready for a complete PC check, Redux check, or any other verification process you deem necessary. I have nothing to hide and am confident that these checks will confirm I have not used any cheats.

I kindly request that you review my case thoroughly and reconsider the ban. I would greatly appreciate a fair investigation based on the evidence provided.
