I hope you are doing well.
I am writing this appeal with the utmost respect because I sincerely believe I have been falsely accused and unfairly banned. I kindly request that the Senior Administration review my case by checking all available logs, chat records, movement history, and any other relevant evidence before reaching a final decision.
After being inactive for almost nine months, I returned to Grand RP simply to meet my old friends and enjoy the city again. I had no intention of causing problems, harassing anyone, or targeting any player.
On my very first day back, I posted advertisements looking for Mikasa (ID: 498853) because I had heard it was her birthday and wanted to wish her and celebrate with friends at Beach Market. At that time, I did not know that Kaycee Shakespeare was her husband. When I arrived, I greeted everyone normally. I noticed that Kaycee's reaction toward me seemed unusual, but I chose to ignore it because I did not want any conflict.
A few days later, my old friend Nora Donavera (ID: 506298) contacted me through emails and asked me to come online. I joined the city, met her, and we spent some time together talking and driving around. Nothing inappropriate happened that day.
Another day, while I was walking around Beach Market, Nora arrived with Mikasa. I went over to greet them because I already knew them. Shortly after I started talking to them, Kaycee Shakespeare teleported me and asked why I was harassing them and following them.
I immediately explained that I was not harassing anyone. I told him they were my friends and that I had only gone there to speak with them. Before I could fully explain the situation or ask why I had been teleported, the conversation ended.
I was recording my gameplay at the time, but unfortunately a power outage occurred before the recording could be saved. Because of that, I lost my POV and cannot provide it as evidence.
Several days passed without any issues. At that point, I honestly began to feel that I was being unfairly suspected whenever I interacted with these players. I cannot prove anyone's intentions, so I do not want to make accusations, but I respectfully ask the Senior Administration to review the logs objectively.
Later, Mikasa contacted me through emails and told me that she had argued with Kaycee. She said that after I returned to the city, arguments had started between them. I told her that I had done nothing wrong and only wanted to speak with everyone peacefully.
After that, due to real-life commitments, I was inactive again for a few days.
On 24 July, I returned to complete some tasks. I saw another advertisement and sent a message asking where Nora was because I had previously received an email from her. Instead of a normal conversation, I was told that I was following them again. I replied that I was not following anyone and that I had no reason to do so.
During that situation, I noticed Nora recording a POV. I respectfully request that the Senior Administration review that complete POV, as well as the server logs, to determine exactly what happened and whether I actually violated any rules.
Most importantly, I kindly request that the logs and interactions involving the following IDs be reviewed:
I am not asking the administration to punish anyone based solely on my words. I only request that the complete logs, chats, movement history, and interactions be investigated so that the truth can be established fairly.
I also respectfully request that the Senior Administration review any administrative actions taken by Kaycee Shakespeare in relation to my case. I am not making accusations against him; I simply ask that all relevant logs and actions be examined to ensure that the final decision is based entirely on evidence and not assumptions.
Whether my ban is removed or not, my biggest request is justice. I am a small Grand RP content creator who genuinely enjoys making videos and being part of this community. I have never intentionally tried to harm anyone, harass players, or target individuals.
If, after reviewing all the evidence and logs, you conclude that I violated the server rules, I will respectfully accept your decision. However, if the investigation shows that I was falsely accused or that the available evidence does not support the allegations against me, I humbly request that my ban be removed.
