I respectfully request that you personally review this matter.
I understand that the complaint was previously reviewed by Admin Ronan Bale and later by Chief Admin Bobby Pluxury. However, I believe a significant aspect of the incident has been overlooked.
During the incident, I was sitting inside my carr without interacting with anyone. The player approached me for no apparent reason, repeatedly sang “Ting Ling Ling” and emotes (Show Middle Finger) . There was no prior interaction or provocation from my side.

The issue is not the song itself. The issue is the context in which it was used. “Ting Ling Ling” is widely recognized as an Indian song. When someone approaches an Indian player who is minding their own business, repeatedly sings that song, and combines it with an insulting gesture, it can reasonably be understood as targeting that player’s nationality or ethnicity rather than being random behaviour.
For example, if someone walked up to a Chinese player and began making exaggerated “ching chong” sounds solely because they are from China, or approached a French player shouting stereotypical phrases only because they were French, most people would recognize that the issue is not the words themselves but the fact that the person’s nationality is being singled out for mockery. The same principle applies here: the concern is the targeted use of a cultural reference in combination with insulting behaviour.
I respectfully ask you to independently review the evidence (POV) and determine whether this behaviour is consistent with the standards expected within the community.
