Dear Admin,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing this forum regarding the ban punishment that I received today for using cheats. I would like to clarify that I was collecting crates during the Megamall event, and while fighting with people, I noticed that I was banned and I did not realize the reason.

I discussed the issue with my friends, and they told me that I was under the influence of both the green zone and the red zone. I also noticed the same in my POV. I have never used cheats in my life, and I always believed in fair roleplay. I request you to kindly review the attached POV, and if you think a PC check is required, then I am also open to cooperating with you for the same.

I sincerely request you to review my POV and give me one more opportunity to play with my friends. If anything like this ever happens again, I will create a technical forum myself to highlight the issue.
