2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1- I believe Marabunta has a unique situation compared to other gangs. the gang has its own strong aspects. I want to lead Marabunta because I will do everything. to ensure that those who support me do their best and achieve the best results. I am ready to do my best to manage gang events effectively guide members and assist them i have served as a deputy in 5 different terms striving to gain experience in every aspect and working hard to achieve good results. in event management and recruitment i will do my best to ensure everyone gets what they deserve
2.2- I will try to offer generous bonuses so that every participating member can achieve the best results. I will try to warn members in a polite manner if they make mistakes and most importantly. I will organize daily FZ raids to ensure every member earns, organize gang raids to provide entertainment for members and spare no expense. i want to do my best to protect my place in the criminal organization, ensure that no one fights with each other and develop new plans and strategies by considering all possibilities, i want to ensure that Marabunta remains an active gang.
2.3- I've been observing Marabunta for a long time and I'd like to point out that their event participation is on par with other gangs. Regarding the actively played events, i try my best to raid FZ every day and I will ensure my members have fun. besides that I want to lead store robbery and other gang events, I will lead hostage sit in the best way possible and achieve the best results by making the right decisions. I believe I can succeed in Gang Turf with a 'good team' their experience will make turfing 100% effective and not difficult. 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I believe that max spray bonus, keeping the event participation bonus at its highest ensuring members don't clash with the leader, and prioritizing considering members opinions are the right things to do my goal is to ensure everyone acts fairly supports each other and places the right people in the right positions, which is the biggest factor in the crime world. Preventing people from chasing ranks is also one of my ideas.
