Hello, could you please at least reduce the length of my ban? I know I made a mistake, and I was angry at the time. I'm sorry.

If possible, could you change the 60-day ban back to the original 7-day ban for the Green Zone violation? A 60-day ban will prevent me from completing the Battle Pass that I paid for.

I promise to behave better in the future. I'm truly sorry, and I hope you'll consider reducing my punishment. Thank you.
