Hello Admins,

Today I asked for admin help. The admin told me to write my issue here, but I explained that the problem is too big to type—it would take almost an hour. I asked if we could use voice support instead.

Hydra replied with “answer given.” I asked what he meant, because my issue was not solved. I also said, if we can’t use voice support for big issues, then why is it even there? After that, I got no reply.​

Administrator’s are here to help. However, you have to at least inform them what is the reason for which you want are reaching out to them. They are looking at multiple situations and trying to help as much as possible. Will also have a word regarding the situation with the administrator.​
