2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)​

2.1​

I want to be the Leader of Marabunta because I am very passionate about leading this gang and proving myself to both the city and the admins. One of my biggest goals is to improve the gang's activity by making it more active, efficient, and higher quality than other gangs while competing in Ghetto events, Store Robberies, FZ, Subs, and other gang activities. I want Marabunta to dominate the Ghetto, create a strong presence across the city, and build a reputation that other organizations respect and fear.

2.2​

I have gained a lot of experience in gangs throughout my RP career. I am currently the Deputy of Vagos, where I have learned leadership, organization, and teamwork. Before that, I was a Vice President in another family, and I have also founded my own family. These experiences have helped me develop the skills needed to successfully lead a gang, and I believe I am fully capable of leading Marabunta.

My goal is to make Marabunta the best gang in the city by actively participating in every gang event, organizing hostage situations, robbing people, completing Store Robberies, Gun Store Robberies, NG Raids, and dominating the streets. I want every other gang and every LEO in the city to recognize and respect the blue color of Marabunta. If I am selected as Leader, I promise to treat everyone fairly without favoritism or bias. Everyone will be given an equal opportunity regardless of their history, as long as they understand and follow the server rules. I also have many friends who have previously been leaders of Marabunta, and I am confident they will support my term by bringing experienced members and helping the organization succeed.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

3.1​

I will make sure to recruit members through a proper and organized process so everyone understands the server rules and gang expectations before joining.

3.2​

We will maintain the highest activity possible while minimizing rule breaks and ensuring high-quality roleplay at all times.

3.3​

Rank chasing, favoritism, toxicity, and gang hopping will not be tolerated. Anyone involved in these behaviors will be blacklisted from the organization, and I will regularly review logs to ensure fairness and discipline.

3.4 Bonuses will be distributed as quickly as possible so members are rewarded for their hard work without unnecessary delays.​
