2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1. In september 2024, I got to be families leader for a full term, even got offered a second term, but declied it. Since then, I have gained a high amount of knowledge and experience across every gang and leo organisation. I was also honored in being made deputy of others gang terms, two of them being 100% turf seasons and helped my good friends with their leaderships. But, before my first gang term I set multiple goals for the term, the main two being 100% turf and to dominate the ghetto, although I had good activity and a successful term, I was not able to achive these two goals. But now, 2 years later after my leadership I have decided I was to fullfill those goals with a leadership of Marabunta Grande.
2.2. Additionally, from closely watching other gang terms go by, some disbanning early, I have learned what it takes to become a good leader. I feel at this point, I possess what it takes to take on leader of Marabunta, from being leader of an unofficial family, to being deputy in state. I possess stong Leadership skills, communication skills, knowledge of rules, and much more. I have also built good friendships with people, who will actively support me in my term. But I will make sure there is no favoritism in my term, this is important to me because I know its consequences, people in high places with lacks of skill and experience does not work.
2.3. It has been a long time since I was last leader, and I honestly miss everything about it. I miss the late night subs with the loyal gang members, or the stressful FZ raids with the bad drivers, and even the store robberies where everyone was panicking someone would get caught alone. I would like to become the leader of Marabunta and recreate a memorable term with not only great activity, but also good communication and friendships between fellow gang members. I am confident that I can create this dream.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1. Me and my trusted deputies will make sure to engage the gang in a high amount of roleplay by boing more Hostage situations, 24/7 store robberies, FZ raids, and highway robbing. It is also very impotant that Imust make sure the gang does not disobey rules such as NLR at stores, which is commonly broken. We will go over and beyond in engage in RP, and never avoiding it by any means. Furthermore, in the night, activity from gangs tends to comepletely die down, I will fix this by appointing deputies who are able to lead missions and manage the organisation when others can't, making sure the gang stays active for the whole day. Members should either be at events or in the ghetto robbing or taking hostages, not at beach market and PH. In my term, I will not allow any misconduct or toxity between gang member, neither will I allow rule break of any kind, these gang members will be talked to, and then either kicked or blacklisted with a valid reason.
