Okay, I made that offer, but I didn't know I would be penalized; I spoke to a friend later, and he told me that it was grounds for a penalty.

I swear my account was new; yes, that is indeed what I did—I didn't take the money, but I didn't make the payment either. I only found out later that this was a violation carrying criminal penalties; I will never do such a thing again.
Please give it a chance; thank you for your understanding.
