My account was banned due to a GR 1.7 violation. When I tried to log in to request the ban be lifted, I received an account limit warning, even though I only have two accounts in total: my main account and my secondary account. I created a support ticket, but was told to open a thread on the general forum instead. The response I received from the technical forum thread I opened is included in the screenshot. The error message I received when trying to log in can also be seen in the POV recording.
