Life Story
Retro Starkk was brought up in the neighborhood surrounded by east-side ballas gang, where his father was a SAHP policeman, barely surviving on his modest salary, and his mother was working in a local fast-food restaurant so that the family could afford to live a little better. One night, as his mother was working the shift at the dinner, the gang decided to come and have some fun by breaking and looting the place they had chosen. However, dinner’s manager called the police, including Retro’s father, who was also a policeman. The gang opened fire at the police, one of the bullets of which hit Retro’s father, killing him, and, unfortunately, Retro saw the whole killing process with his own eyes. From that moment, Retro’s hatred toward all criminals in general and the ballas gang in particular grew even more, which led him to become a federal agent, raiding and capturing such gangs and killing all criminals like the ones who murdered his father, in general, and the ones who killed his father, in particular.
Career Story
Retro studied hard in his university to be able to apply for FIB Agent. Retro took the exam and got selected as a Special Agent due to the reference of his father who was also in service. As a new special agent, he started investigating smaller crimes and the activities of various gangs. One day, while going through the case files of shoot outs, he discovered that his father’s killer was released from custody after he had bribed a federal agent. Retro was shocked and angry at the discovery. With this evidence, he went to his seniors for help, being as honest as he was, and asked them to take action against the federal agent since the killer was at large. However, the seniors shrugged off his findings and in return, he lost faith in the system and embarked on a personal crusade against those he felt were responsible for his father’s death. As a result, he took up the justice path and turned to darkness as a way of getting even with those who corrupted the system and got away with it. Since becoming a federal agent, Retro has been blackmailing, extorting, and torturing people to get money. All he wanted was to gratify his inner self by seeing things even. His moral values were brought into question as they got tarnished in the process of achieving his own brand of justice.
Outcomes:
1. Retro can take bribes and search using family function to see for money in there pockets and tell them and ask (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Retro can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy , sell guns at balck market, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included)
3. Retro can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favours.
4. Retro will do anything possible to help his family and close friends. Release them if they are in cuffs, drop their charges and let them
escape.
5. Retro can refuse to give a 10/15 a lawyer/ lie about asking for one and still detain them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
6. Retro is capable of using torture and interrogation to extract information he might need.
7. Retro is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam) and can use Truth serum on the 10-15 to get information (using the /try command twice per situation).
8. Retro can Rob with his family with uniform on with (2 cars 4 people) and Touches (but not kill) for money and guns and then let them go free and can break people out of jail for money.
9. Retro kidnap any leo who provokes or trying to arrest him (with enough valid RP reason) and give him to gangs for money or rob the leo him slef with his family.
10.Retro can assist other corrupt officers in their activities.
