A) Experience
I have worked in almost all legal organisations and served in many High Command positions. I gained good leadership experience through hard work and built strong relationships with my department members and other people
B) Responsibility
I believe I am a responsible, disciplined, and accountable person. I can handle pressure, stay calm in difficult situations, and treat everyone with respect. I am always ready to take responsibility for my actions and decisions.
C) My Aim
I believe LSPD is responsible for keeping the whole city safe from crime, corruption, and robberies. I want to improve roleplay by making the department more active, professional, and organised while protecting the citizens of the city.
3. Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization
A) Better Community and Teamwork
I will make sure there is good communication between all LSPD divisions and other legal organisations. Officers will be encouraged to work together, share information, and respond quickly to situations. This will improve teamwork, create better roleplay, and make operations more organised.
B) Training and Professionalism
I will organise regular training sessions for all officers to improve their roleplay, communication, driving, shooting, and knowledge of server rules. New officers will receive proper guidance from experienced members so they can learn the correct way to perform police duties.
C) Fair Leadership & Active Department
I will be an active leader who listens to suggestions from every officer, regardless of rank. I will reward hardworking members, solve internal issues fairly, and encourage everyone to participate in patrols, city events, and daily operations. My goal is to build a disciplined, active, and enjoyable environment where everyone can improve their roleplay.
