1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) In my time in SAHP, I have enjoyed being a part of the highway patrol. I have put in a lot of time watching the highways, keeping our streets safe. After failing to get LSPD leadership, I started thinking about the possibility of being able to lead this team. SAHP is the place where I spent most of my time as a LEO.
2) I would like to utilize this opportunity to come up with an effective system for the department. I would like to create a conducive environment where the newly recruited members can develop their skills and enjoy themselves through roleplay. Through developing a more effective training program, the SAHP will remain active and disciplined.
3) A new term begins with high levels of activity; however, as time goes by, the number of participants reduces. At the end of the week, the organization looks almost deserted, except a few individuals who are trying their best to remain active. Such occurs where the troopers get a feeling of being unappreciated despite working extremely hard. I will sort out this problem and ensure that all the hard workers receive their deserved recognition. I want to become the leader due to my past experiences of similar events.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Currently, many cops simply send the suspects to jail with a couple of commands. It transforms the state into a grinding game rather than roleplaying. We should focus on the legal procedures and work with the GOV more often. We should have more encounters in the court in order to make sure the troopers are able to justify themselves. The grinding process will be stopped and true roleplaying will be started.
2) The other significant problem is the lack of activity as I already said. This is due to the repetitive nature of the patrols that lead to boredom in the players. This can be sorted by focusing on performing special activities instead of repetitive patrols, and also promoting patrols in groups since this is what makes RP fun and exciting. Not just patrolling, issuing fines, arresting criminals, and so on.
3) One of the quickest ways to ruin any roleplaying is through favoritism. This problem can be solved through ensuring that all promotions and bonuses are distributed in accordance with the true logs of the work done. All reports will be reviewed keenly to ensure that nothing is overlooked.
