Life Story:
Milian Hardy was born in Baku, Azerbaijan. He was always a good person. When he was 16 years old, terrible things happened in his life. His dad owns a large company in Azerbaijan, and in addition to that, his business also operates underground. This year Milan's dad decided to move to Los Santos. He always wants to be the top 1. Here he really improved his company and also got a lot of connections. But different things happened. In these years, they got a lot of enemies from rivals. Milian's dad gets killed by a traitor ambush. Milian gets shocked. He gave a promise to his family about taking revenge. But this revenge will not be the same as others. This is why Milian decided to join the Los Santos Police Department. He worked hard, and he achieved his wish. But the future will bring different things for Milian.
Career Story:
Milian did good work in the LSPD, and he got very good promotions in a few years. He became commander of SWAT. Milian did a very good job. He got transferred to the Federal Investigation Bureau. Milian worked here for a while and got good experience. Then Milian got transferred to LSPD again as a chief of undercover operations. As an undercover agent, he achieved some successful work at LSPD. He got good relationships here. After a while Milian got transferred to FIB again. He got chief of undercover, and he kept up his hard work here too. Milian, with others, helps too; he successfully completed raid sessions multiple times. Milian still working in Undercover deparment as A Chief of Undercover.
Milian succeeded in various areas of his job. His strong leadership skills made him a favorite among his colleagues.
It was around this time that Milian began to witness more truths, and as the police department investigated further, his eyes began to open. Despite his successes in the FIB, Milian's anger issues and aggression often got the better of him. In some cases, he resorted to violence and brutality, further damaging the police department's already compromised reputation. No matter what, he is confident that he will bring true justice to this city in need.
Who knows, maybe all these things are reasons for these successes.
Outcomes:
1-Milian can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer, reject their request and refuse to show any type of ID.
2-Milian have the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity rules)
3-Milian can smash and destroy bodycams (by using /try searches for bodycam and /do destroys it , 2 times per situation).
4-Milian can go to Ghetto Off-Duty and kill/shoot anyone for his own profits or his friends and can rob anyone with family members (No fight/rob against LEOs)
5- Milian can break IC Laws and able to use his position in FIB.
6-Milian can arrest anyone he feels annoyed or finds any violations in the law. ( with an IC reason )
7-Milian can take bribes (up to $100,000 or ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
8-Milian believes that the system is not enough to make people better and sees it as biased, so Milian can; detain (up to 25 min), torture and interrogate,for information or use truth serum to get true information (using the /try command twice per situation (following server rules and with RP reason).
