I got banned under Rule 1.7 for not providing my POV. I just want to explain what happened.
Yesterday, I came home late and only then opened the game. My friend told me that my POV had been requested from an RP that happened on 23 July at 10:46 AM, and that the forum request was made on Sunday.
When I checked my recordings, I realised I had already deleted the POV because it was over 48 hours old. I genuinely didn't know it had been requested, otherwise I would've kept it and submitted it.
I respectfully ask if you could please consider reducing or lifting my punishment. It wasn't my intention to ignore the request, and I haven't had any rule breaks for a long time. You can check my history
