2. Why Do You Want To Be the Leader Of Los Santos Police Department

2.1 I believe I can be a great leader of LSPD as I have been a LEO for a long time. I’ve learned a lot from my past leaders, and now I want to use that experience in my own term as LSPD leader. And after being in a city from a long time i think i am capable enough to take my own term as LSDP leader as my goal will be building a strong team and making city safe with the help of my team.

2.2 As being a high command in Leo I have seen that in every term there is a problem between member as most of them don't have good coordination between them So to solve that problem I will make sure that every member has good coordination with each other so they can work better and keep the city safe. I also want to maintain a healthy relationship between citizens and LEOs so there are no unnecessary problems between them.

2.3 I believe that nowadays LEOs are becoming inactive, and I want to fix that. I will ensure more roleplay activities take place, because my main goal is to make LSPD more active than before. I will also correct the mistakes that past leaders have made.

3. Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization

3.1 In my opinion, nowadays officers don’t know how things work because they don’t get proper training. I promise that in my term, even the lowest‑rank officer will know how to handle every situation. Another important point is fairness. I will make sure promotions, punishments, and rewards are given based on performance and dedication, not favoritism. This will motivate officers to work harder and stay loyal to the department. With the help of my deputies and officers, I will make the whole city secure.

3.2 LSPD has a great opportunity in the city because they can respond to crimes faster than any other organization. I will make sure we use this advantage to improve roleplay and keep the city safe.

3.3 I will also encourage creative roleplay scenarios, like community events, traffic checkpoints, and joint operations with other organizations. This will not only improve RP quality but also make the department more engaging and fun for everyone.

3.4 I will make sure that in my term LSPD have good relation with other so we can extend our activities together and make city better together
