2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
I have served four terms as Sheriff of SAHP. I have learned valuable leadership skills, as well as running the term without favoritism, nepotism, and conflicts.
(i) i am applying for the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) because I want to make LSPD work on its true potential. I want to lead the LSPD to make LSPD active, disciplined and respected force through training
(ii) Most of the criminal activities are going on in city and ghetto side. I'll make sure that we will do regular patrollings and decrease the crime rates in the city
(iii) i have hosted multiple meeting sessions during my SAHP term where our team has solved multiple internal issues and troopers issues, and i believe that we will do this in LSPD too
3. Your advice for improving the role-play level in the organization.
(i) I will make sure our officers are patrolling in the city most of the time(ii) I will host regular PR Events to make good relationship with citizens as we did in my SAHP term.
(iii) i will make sure there is no favouritism, nepotism or biased decision
(iv) we will make sure there are regular joint training sessions so everyone will get a chance to learn about the organization and legal organization
(v) i will host regular promotion ceremonies as we did in my SAHP term
(vi) i will be always there to help our officers with anything as we did in my SAHP term
