2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. I have been a 5-term Governor, 2-time Deputy Chief, 2-time Undersheriff, 2-time Deputy Governor, 1-time Lieutenant General, and 2-time Deputy Director. My leadership experience guarantees efficient running and management of the department.
2.My leadership skills will ensure effective task accomplishment, timely investigations, and smooth coordination in the bureau without undue disruptions.
3. Unlike previous leaderships that were either delayed or inefficient, I commit to fast decision-making, accountability, and teamwork, so this term will be very successful. I have also built a good team of leaders who are ready to lead when I am away.
3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.
Favoritism and corruption are repellent to me. Towards this end, I will establish the Professionalism & Responsibility such that all departments would function with integrity and effectiveness. There would be only skilled and trust-worthy staff included in this wing. Further, promotions shall be on merit alone and publicly conducted in public ceremonies and endorsed by high command—no backroom deals, no favoritism.
Public relations must be a useful tool, not something thought of last minute. I will professionalize the Department of Public Relation to make it efficient in holding press conferences and communicating with the media and we will host good PR events for the citizens. We will make the people informed and engaged via channels like Lifeinvader and build confidence between the LSPD and the people.
Recognition and rewards will be given weekly from my end to inspire officers and induce sustained high-level performance.
A successful organization depends on team work and encouragement. I aim to develop an encouraging work environment in which staff are appreciated and nurtured. I will bring on board daily training sessions and recognition schemes based on motivation to make employees more enthusiastic and motivated. This will raise productivity and maintain LSPD as the best legal organisation.
