2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. Experience
I've had Under Deputy experience in all gangs including Ballas Deputy. This has given me a great understanding of gang leadership, event management, teamwork and how to keep members active and
motivated.
2. Potential of The Ballas
I believe The Ballas has the potential to become the strongest and most respected gang on the server. With proper leadership, discipline, and regular activities, I am confident I can bring the organisation back to the top.
3. Passion for The Ballas
The Ballas has always been one of my favourite gangs due to its history, roleplay and competitive environment. I want to build a disciplined, active and fun organisation where all members get an opportunity to improve and to contribute to the success of the gang.
I'd also put a tonne of work into helping newer players get better at roleplay. I would make sure they are given the right guidance and training to know how to operate in gangs and to be able to participate confidently and not leave them behind.
Also I would hold every member of the High Command to a high standard by ensuring they know the server rules, fulfil their responsibilities, and actively lead events. High Command should be a good example by teaching the members and helping them to improve. It should also create an enjoyable environment for everyone where they can grow and contribute to the organisation’s success.
My Goals:
1. 100% turfs .
2. Attend all events and be as active as we possibly can
3. To become the strongest organization and dominate all organizations

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I would concentrate on keeping members consistently active by doing a range of gang activities such as hostage situations, 24/7 robberies, gun store robberies, Black Market raids, Gang raids, NG truck robberies, FZ raids, Cland operations, and Dealer recruitment to improve roleplay inside of Marabunta. This would mean that members are always engaged rather than wasting time waiting at headquarters.I'd also put a tonne of work into helping newer players get better at roleplay.
