I was confused when I saw people shooting in the jet skis so I shoot only a few bullets, and as soon as I got the information that I could not shoot even if they were on jet skis like you can hear in the video I immediately stopped fire and listened to the commands given to me and did not shoot anymore. I didn't even killed anyone, I apologize for my mistake but because I have never had any problems before and I did not do anything on purpose and listened immediately to my higher ups I politely ask for my warning to be appealed.
