Hello,
I would like to appeal the rejection of my previous complaint:
Rejected - Miss-use of Corrupt Bio & Fail RP I 448954
The reason given for the rejection was:
The evidence I provided includes:
To make this even clearer, I have included the additional POV again, showing I never ran from the officer before the encounter.
POV before the interaction:
Full interaction:
The officer's approved Corrupt Bio states:
There was:
An assumption alone is not an IC reason, particularly when no crime had been witnessed and I had not interacted with him beforehand.
He also claimed I attempted to run from him.
This is directly contradicted by the additional POV, which clearly shows I was simply walking towards my own vehicle before any interaction took place.
Once I transferred the agreed $100,000, the corrupt officer had already received the financial benefit that his Corrupt Bio allows.
Despite this, he then:
I fail to see how this falls within the intended use of a Corrupt Bio.
If there is a specific part of the interaction that staff believe is missing, I would appreciate clarification, because from my perspective the complete incident has been provided from before the encounter until after it had concluded.
I would like to appeal the rejection of my previous complaint:
Rejected - Miss-use of Corrupt Bio & Fail RP I 448954
The reason given for the rejection was:
I respectfully disagree with this reasoning.Rejected
- There seems to be missing POV.
- POV does not show the whole situation.
- I do not see any abuse.
Missing POV
I do not understand how the POV is considered incomplete. The evidence I provided includes:
- POV from before I even arrived at the Black Market, showing I had no prior interaction with the officer.
- The entire interaction, beginning with the officer's first contact with me.
- The complete corrupt RP, including the bribe.
- The events afterwards where I was transported to another location, had a bag placed over my head, and was left stranded.
- The aftermath, showing I remained bagged for several minutes until another player eventually removed it.
To make this even clearer, I have included the additional POV again, showing I never ran from the officer before the encounter.
POV before the interaction:
Full interaction:
Abuse of Corrupt Bio
I also disagree with the conclusion that there was no abuse. The officer's approved Corrupt Bio states:
My POV shows that our very first interaction was him immediately tasering and handcuffing me while I was getting into my vehicle."No random targeting, must have IC reason."
There was:
- no prior conversation,
- no commands,
- no attempt to stop me,
- no RP leading up to the detention.
Events After the Bribe
Even if the corrupt stop itself is considered valid, I believe the events after the bribe demonstrate abuse.Once I transferred the agreed $100,000, the corrupt officer had already received the financial benefit that his Corrupt Bio allows.
Despite this, he then:
- transported me to a second location,
- placed a bag over my head,
- fired a weapon beside me,
- forced me to run away,
- and abandoned me while still bagged.
I fail to see how this falls within the intended use of a Corrupt Bio.
Request
I am simply asking for this complaint to be reviewed again, as I believe the rejection was based on an incorrect understanding of the evidence provided. If there is a specific part of the interaction that staff believe is missing, I would appreciate clarification, because from my perspective the complete incident has been provided from before the encounter until after it had concluded.
