1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
=> I Have experienced RP on many different levels and now I would like to help the server with that I want to assist players play fairly and ensure that the rules are being followed. I am ready to step away from RP-life and to dedicate all my focus activity and responsibility to the admin team.
2. What are your strengths?
=> I stay Calm in stressful situations hear out all sides and make decisions based on rules and evidence. I am active, disciplined, responsible and comfortable in difficult situations.
3. What are your weaknesses?
=> Sometimes I look at things more than I need to, because I don't like to make quick decisions. I am working on this, by removing unessential detail
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
=> I have very good understanding of state organizations, legal procedures and rules of the server. I can examine evidence settle arguments, speak several languages and point out issues and lead players without being influenced by personal relationships in my decision making.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
=> Yes. I am completely willing to take any decision associated with becoming an Admin
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
=> No, Right Now I am Having No Trouble to keep myself active
7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
=> My experience in EN2 has given me a pretty good knowledge of Grand RP, state organizations and player conduct. I want to work and get better, not because of promises, but because I am prepared to take responsibility from the beginning and learn from experienced administrators
Note: I was Said to gain more experience in en3 and i have already done have learnt about more things and i am confident enough to pass the interview and get inside the admin team !!! Application is my old one not copied! (I will fully transfer to En3 aswell)
