Life Story: luttappi mon , was born into a poor family. From a young age his father passed away so he’d taken on all kinds of jobs and tried everything, but he couldn’t make ends meet for his family. all his friends and family members dosnt like him , but that didn’t discourage him. He’d given everything for his family, and that’s how he ended up in the mafia. Career Story:Growing up in a low-income neighborhood in Los Santos, Luttappi mon witnessed early on that honor and sacrifice rarely paid the bills. Seeking structure, prestige, and a steady paycheck, he enlisted in the San Andreas National Guard right out of high school. He served multiple terms with distinction, sharpening his tactical skills, discipline, and understanding of military operations.
However, years of watching politicians and high-ranking officials line their pockets while soldiers on the front lines struggled financially chipped away at his moral compass. The turning point came when a close family member faced severe financial hardship, and his legitimate officer salary wasn't enough to help. Realizing that the military complex held vast resources, high-grade weaponry, and tactical leverage, Luttappi mon decided it was time to put himself first.
Now operating under the guise of an exemplary National Guard officer, Luttappi mon uses his rank, access, and authority to build an underground network. 1- luttappi can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and lie about his name/refuse to provide any type of identification.

3- luttappi can act like a criminal. For example, go to all family events like caravan, go for the ghetto clap, buy/sell guns from the black market, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
4- luttappi can take bribes from Citizens, Gang and Leos (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
5- luttappi has the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
6- luttappi can make a deal with the gangsters, can leak information, and unlock the NG truck in exchange for money, and also do jailbreak once per day through dark net or usb. (No metagaming)
7- luttappi can cuff people/leos to break their bodycams ( /try and /do commands twice per situation)
