2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 Ready to Lead: I want to become leader of Los Santos Police Department. Because i believe that i have gained enough amount of experience in city to lead a organization. During my time here is the city i have learned how the state and illegal organization work over my time in the city i have experience of San Andreas Highway Patrol as 27 rank , Emergency Medical Service as medical student and also in Federal Investigation Bureau in state side. in Private organization i worked in Life-invaders as Ads Trainee after all this i shifted to illegal side of the city in the illegal side i joined Bloods Street Gang and became deputy then i have been all gangs under deputy and currently i am contributing in roleplay as East Side Ballas Deputy.
2.2 Building a Strong and Active Organization: if i become the leader of LSPD. my main goal will be to keep the organization well-maintained, active and active. i will organize regular city patrols, training session and the departmental events, a better bonus system. so everyone will enjoy to work and earn some moneys through the works they do in the organization it will make there work more fun and worth it to do.
2.3 Fair Leadership: I believe that a good leader always treat there officer fairly and equally. that what my path gone be after getting the leader i will make sure there is no favoritism among the organization i will make my department work fairly i will make my IA department to focus on everyone for any type of favoritism, corruption, or abuse of power. My goal is to build a organization. where everyone work with love peace and unity and make sure that everyone has an equal opportunity to grow and succeed.
3. Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization.
3.1 ➜ Conducting regular city patrols.
3.2 ➜ Bring the best department head so the department work corruption less and favoritism free.
3.3 ➜ Training the HR department to give the new comer proper trainer so they don't get confused anywhere in the RP situations.
3.4 ➜ Giving promotion based on activity, discipline and performance.
3.5 ➜ Making a better bonus system for the officer so they can earn with working.
3.6 ➜ Focusing on quality instead of Roleplay less arrest.
3.7 ➜ Hold department meeting to discuss the improvement and feedbacks.
3.8 ➜ Hiring the best deputy in the city so they can easily control the organization even if i am not there.
I hope you give me a chance to prove myself. I will work hard and give my best to make LSPD the best organization in the state.
