2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 My Journey in the City: So i have started my journey in this beautiful city as a newbie i joined Life Invader to make money after a week i feel bored over there i went to Marabunta Grande and joined it and i earn money from it through joining the events, posting bonus and getting money it was fun then i became a high command i started enjoying my journey then i became Deputy Leader Bloods Street Gang it was a amazing time to lead the Bloods as a Deputy of a organization then i became Deputy of East Side Ballas then i become Deputy of Marabunta Grande then i became Deputy of The Families Gang after giving myself in almost 4 of out 5 gang i have gained a good amount of experience to become leader of a gang after that i become the temporary leader of Marabunta Grande. it motivated me up then i applied for Marabunta Grande and passed the interview and become leader of it. after that i completed a successful term of Marabunta Grande after that i applied for East Side Ballas and i successfully passed the interview and become leader of East Side Ballas. in the term of East Side Ballas i think to do turf i called a turf team and we successfully completed 100% Turf and the term i have also have experience in the state side of the city in San Andreas Highway Patrol i served as 28 Rank i also been in the Federal investigation Bureau and now i want to expand my boundaries and become a leader of a state organization.
2.2 I Want a New Challenge: Most of my leadership experience has been on the illegal side of the city. I have already completed successful terms as a gang leader been in the illegal side now i want something new something challenge-full. i want to challenge myself and my leadership experience. i believe in myself that i can control the term of Los Santos Police Department in a better and perfect way then others. i have many friends in city who can help me in any situations. they will gonna help me to make the term successful active and complete all the required events to completed weekly target and more.
2.3 I Want to Build a Strong and Active LSPD: If I become the Leader of LSPD, I want to make the department more active. I want officers to enjoy coming on duty and working together. We will do more patrols, events, and investigations so everyone has something to do. I also want promotions to go to people who are active and put effort into the department. My goal is to make LSPD to have fun be active and respect everyone in the city.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 ➜ Giving good and proper training to all the officers.
3.2 ➜ Doing More City Patrol & GHETTO Patrol.
3.3 ➜ Keep good and respectful communications between all the state organization.
3.4 ➜ Giving promotion depending on activity and performance not on favoritism.
3.5 ➜ Keep Different time deputies so the organization can run properly in day and night.
3.6 ➜ Making a HR department which is active day and night to hire more mature and active people to make the term fully active.
3.7 ➜ creating a good bonus system so they can do duty with earning good pay wages and bonuses.
3.8 ➜ Make roleplay fun and enjoyable for everyone.
